#45 – Tide Pool Creatures
Exploring Oregon Coast tidepools can reveal some pretty strange creatures. If you get up close and personal you can hear these little creatures making srange squeegie noises all at once. I’m pretty sure they would rather be underwater, but it sure it fun to see what they look like when the tide is low. Some even look like they have lizard skin. It almost give you a feeling they are prehistoric.
I love to use the macro (close-up) feature on my camera to capture great textures and even create abstract photos. Most cameras have macro capability (look for a tulip icon) and it works well when you are closer than one foot to your subject. With a digital SLR, you can only get as close as your lens will allow.
