Last week I went with my Custom Images class on a photo excursion to Bannack Ghost Town in Montana. One of our vans broke down near Dubois, Idaho, so we had a chance to shoot in an old warehouse on Main Street. One room had this tattered old blue tarp over a large window, so we tried a silhouette portrait of Heather, which is the original image on the right.
EDITED IMAGE ON THE LEFT:
I added some funky HDR edits that included a Match Color technique with warm colors from a John Copley painting, then I straightened the shot in Photoshop and sharpened it a bit.
